## Why This Replaces The Old Packet

The previous August 18 kitchen-counter formula was flagged in `night-brief.json` as `requiresReplacement` because it had been copied into another recovery candidate. This packet replaces it with fresh source photos and a sharper utility angle from the August 18 content plan.
